The Clinic

Dr Kirmizis's private outpatient clinic runs weekly, and patients will be seen within approximately two weeks of referral. You can book either face-to-face, telephone or video appointment.

Referral and documents

Please bring any referral letters and a current medication list to your first appointment.

Educational Sessions

Dr Kirmizis offers educational sessions for patients and carers on kidney health, chronic kidney disease, and related topics.

These sessions are educational in nature and do not include individual medical advice or treatment. Fees apply and are confirmed at booking.

Fees and Insurance
Private consultation fees apply and are confirmed at booking.

Private consultation fees are published here.

Additional services (such as written reports, or group educational sessions) may attract additional fees. Any applicable fees will be confirmed with the patient in advance.

Insured patients will be charged according to their insurance company fee schedule. If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurer beforehand to confirm the level and type of outpatient cover, including reimbursement limits.

Investigations such as blood tests or imaging may be recommended following consultation. These services are provided by the Oaks Hospital and billed separately by the hospital or your insurer; the clinic does not manage or invoice for these services.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the appointment fee, applied in cases of repeated cancellations.

This private service is covered by appropriate professional indemnity insurance.

Financial Interests
Dr Kirmizis does not have any financial interests in the Oaks Hospital or its equipment.
